Need a tool for your next project? Find what you need, choose your rental period, get your account approved, and pick up your tool from our Dubai location all in a few simple steps.
1. Create & Get Approved
Create your ToolZone account and complete the approval process to become eligible for tool rentals.
2. Choose & Book
Find the tool you need, select your rental period and submit your booking request. Complete payment when requested.
3. Pick Up & Return
Once your booking and payment are approved, collect your tool from the designated pickup location and return it when your rental period ends.
General FAQs
No. You can browse and request tool rentals without a membership. However, your account must be approved by ToolZone before you can make a rental booking.
Before making a rental booking, your ToolZone account needs to be reviewed and approved. Once approved, you can book available tools for your required rental period.
ToolZone currently operates exclusively in Dubai. Tool rentals, pickups, and returns are currently available within our Dubai service area.
Not at the moment. ToolZone currently operates on a pickup-only basis. After your rental booking is confirmed, you can collect the tool from the designated pickup location.
A rental request is not a confirmed booking until your payment has been successfully processed and approved. You will receive confirmation once your booking is approved.
There is some flexibility in completing your payment after requesting a rental. However, your booking is only secured once the payment has been approved, and tool availability may change while payment is pending.
